Dr. rice and his staff are very down-to -earth, honest, friendly, and helpful. We were treated with honest-to-goodness kindness from the minute we walked in for my consultation. All options for treatment were laid out objectively by Dr. Rice (without trying to sell me on something I didn’t necessarily need), and even the lady who went over the financials with us (Lisa) went out of her way (very close to her lunch break) to find out from my insurance whether I had adult ortho insurance or not.My experience was great! I walked out of there with full braces at 49 years old, and I am excited about continuing treatment with them. I would highly recommend Rice Orthodintics!
